Spacious aft deck sheltered by full covers and outside helm. Full teak deck stem to stern.
Aft cabin with centre island double bed 2m x 1.4m at the head reducing to 1.2m at the foot. Really spacious heads and shower, electric WC to holding tank. Double guest cabin with twin bunks plus a second fridge and washing machine, tumble dryer. Saloon feels really immense with nearly 2m headroom, open plan layout, large windows and light wood finishings. Galley with three burner hob, extractor fan, built in fridge and combi oven. Forward again to guest cabin with V berth and guest / day head. Central heating by diesel boiler to radiators. Hot water from engine calorifier and 220v tank.

Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this VanderValk Royal 45 motor cruiser for sale. A luxurious motor cruiser of Freycinet canal dimensions and also a very capable coastal cruiser.
Equipped as a full-time live aboard motor yacht and used as such by our previous clients. Our present vendors are very experienced boaters and have brought a huge list of improvements to the vessel during their seven years of ownership. Wiring professionally upgraded with diagrams (see our photos), water heater, central heating boiler, two new WC’s. Some serious expenditure in the heart of the beast right where it counts to ensure worry free all seasons cruising. Although they do not live full-time aboard (like our previous vendors who did), they have cruised many months a year each year and comfortably accommodated friends and family whilst doing so.
