From the Kroes yard in Zwolle, Holland, built in 1996. 13m length on a near 4m beam gives spacious accommodation inside and out. Complete interior refit 2004 to 2005 with a well executed stylish modern finish and beautifully looked after by our vendors.

Spacious aft deck has seated 12 for dinner. Central helm position with comfortable helmsman’s seat. Bimini sun cover and sunshade sides providing shelter and yet allowing good air flow. Hot & cold deck shower on transom. Enter the interior via sliding doors to port and starboard which give access to the saloon. I was struck by a feeling of well-being in this light bright well ventilated saloon and was impressed by the evident care and attention our vendors have paid to looking after the boat. 2m headroom, deep windows and a nearly four meter beam make this a very spacious area indeed. This area is heated and cooled by a plumbed-in marine reverse cycle air-conditioning system as is the owners cabin aft. There are curtains inside and semi-transparent sun blinds on the outside. Helm forward to port then down a few steps to the galley. I had the feeling of visiting a show house whilst listing this boat and nowhere was this more apparent than in the galley. All the equipment is included in the sale, from the ice-maker to the soda fountain and the vacuum cleaner to the electric plancha. See our photos! Forward again to the V berth guest cabin with it’s own reverse cycle air conditioning unit serving principally the cabin but also the galley area. Aft of the saloon is the fully tiled heads to starboard with a new 24v electric heads. To port a separate shower room again fully tiled and sparkling clean. Finally the owners aft cabin with it’s walk-a-round double bed (2m x 1.4m) dressing table hanging lockers and wall mounted TV. Heat and AC from two independent sources and hot water from a tank heated by the motor and shore power. This is a very comfortable well equipped cruising home from home and I reckon has everything you need and more besides for comfortable cruising.

Dutch steel cruisier for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this very nicely presented 13m motor cruiser for sale on the Canal du Midi.
Beautifully maintained interior with all the space and “toys” you need to live full-time onboard. A spacious covered aft deck will make entertaining even more enjoyable. French maritime registration but I think would need a bit of upgrading to go to sea. Currently moored near Montpellier if you are looking for a live aboard cruiser elsewhere in France, Europe or the UK we can arrange delivery by land or water!
