Dutch barge fully doubled hull in 2000 and surveyed in 2017. Well maintained and restored inside, with still the charm of old wood panels, equipped with a black tank to allow a mooring in any port.
Air draft of 2.60m will be able to cruise mainly everywhere on the inland waterways system.
Central heating and radiators, as well as a generator on board makes this boat quite autonomous too and allow to live on board all year long.
Also ideally as a pieds a terre for 7 persons max (sleeping capacity) or 12 persons max while cruising.
Moored in a quiet and secure marina in Paris area, mooring could be transferrable after agreement with the capitainerie (monthly cost 520 euros).
