Boatshed London are delighted to offer this fantastic Luxemotor Dutch Barge with highly desirable residential mooring at South Dock Marina.

The barge was built in 2009 by RS Boats and is a highly luxurious place to live - perfect for a couple or family with two large cabins both with full size double beds.

The large wheelhouse and open plan living area/galley means you have plenty of space aboard and loads of storage throughout.

As this is not an old boat - the engine only has 54 hours - you could move straight onto it and not worry about having it lifted for a few years. The boat was epoxied in 2015 which should last for ten years.

The residential mooring at South Dock is fully transferable on payment of a 10% transfer fee to the marina. Current mooring fees are roughly £8,300 p.a.
