25/04:2023: She has just had a hull survey! New Nazutti leather suite as of 3rd May. The old suite had a fault and was returned.
This stunning 2001 Roger Farrington Built British Dutchbarge design has just been re-painted and has had much of the interior replaced with modern materials and new carpets creating a beautiful bright living space. She has a 25mm base plate and 10mm sides and superstructure. Her air draught is 6' with the wheelhouse down and 9'3" with the wheelhouse up.
The large wheelhouse is collapsible but it is a 2 person job, although it is fine with the bridges up here. As you come down through the companionway steps you arrive in the vast saloon. The saloon area is pure class with the perfect blend of stylish modern furniture, carpets and soft furnishings. The centre piece is a striking Morso Multi Fuel Burner, 60in Samsung QLED TV and a new 7 seater settee. There is white high-gloss head lining with a silver pin stripe inlay, running throughout the saloon area down to the master bedroom. There is plenty of storage cupboards built in on the boat sides. There is also a new double glazed sky pod in the roof which can be removed to move furniture etc in and out of the boat.
Going forward from the saloon you arrive in the separate galley with high-gloss units, a Rangemaster Oven/Hob & Grill, sink, microwave and floor standing fridge freezer. There is plenty of storage.
Next you arrive the large bathroom with a brand new full-size shower, new electric heads, heated towel rail, and built-in wash basin. Both the water and waste tanks are under the units and go back under the bed in the master cabin.
Finally you arrive the the well proportioned master bedroom with a fitted super king bed, although the present owners have a king mattress on there at the moment. There is an electric drop down 40" TV, 2 built-in wardrobes, built-in drawer units and shelving, double glazed skylight and an emergency escape hatch in the bow.
Going back from the saloon you have the engine room which also houses the new washing machine. At the stern you go up some steps into the back cabin/multi purpose saloon. The table drops down to form a double bed and the room is presently used as a dining room/bar area. There is also a double glazed skylight. Blacked 12 months ago in 2022.
