This 37m Dutch barge, on a fully residential mooring in a stunning and peaceful location, provides a beautiful family home.
Originally bought in 1989 as a bare hull, the owners have lovingly restored, converted & extended this huge vessel into a spacious, furnished, fully insulated live aboard with central heating & mod cons.
Amidships there is an open plan furnished saloon & fully fitted galley with integrated appliances, four burner gas cooker and handy pantry area. There is an additional utility area with fitted freezer, washing machine & dryer opposite a further cabin and second shower room.
The large aft cabin with wrought iron bed & wardrobe has its own pretty ensuite shower room with steps leading up to a wheelhouse furnished with more seating and panoramic views.
The recently converted forward cabin with fitted wardrobes also houses the entrance to a large workshop with stem to stern underfloor access, handy for vessel maintenance.
A beautiful, clean, tidy, spacious & well kept vessel that appears to be in very good order.
