Extensive work was carried out in 2017 which included platting and epoxy coating, meaning that extensive maintenance will not be needed for some time to come.
Additionally, she comes with a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven and Grill for your convenience along with a TV (when not looking out over the lovely views).
Located in a small community in Woodbridge, this is a wonderful location with access to all amenities and adjacent to the train station and all with stunning views over the Deben.
Please note no Air BnB or subletting is permitted, this should either be a main or second home due to the community you will be part of.
Costs (subject to contract) are
Mooring fees - £45 per week
Water - £60 per quarter
Electric - Billable
Council Tax (if permanent residence) - Band A
Parking permit £13 per week
Pets - calm pets will be considered
Please note that due to access this may not be suitable for the infirm or for young children.
Finally, the owners of the yard have requested a "meet and greet" of any prospective buyers as they are keen to ensure that the community continues to thrive.
20/09 This Barge has been out of the water for last few weeks and has had ber hull blackened, her anodes replaced and has an insurance survey.
