Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 38ft Dutch Barge for sale with Limehouse residential mooring.

A bijou City Residence, this boat provides everything for a single person or couple looking for a small home or pied-a-terre for city working. An ideal base for city living or leisure.

The boat has been extensively refurbished in 2017 with work done to the hull and a refit inside which includes a new galley and cooker and a new bathroom. The engine has also been fully overhauled so the new owner can be assured the boat is ready to move straight on to and the boat doesn't need to come out of the water for a good few years now.

Moored at Limehouse Basin on a full residential mooring, this boat is perfectly situated for someone who needs to be close to the City or Canary Wharf. Limehouse DLR is 5 minutes walk from the marina. The marina has shower and toilet facilities, as well as a laundry for residents to use. Current mooring fees are £7,828 p.a. and the marina charge a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to take on the residential mooring.

These boat details are subject to contract.
