The boat has recently been extensively refurbished with work done to the hull and a refit inside which includes a new galley and cooker and a new bathroom. The engine has also been fully overhauled so the new owner can be assured the boat is ready to move straight on to and the boat doesn't need to come out of the water for a good few years now.

Moored at Limehouse Basin on a full residential mooring, this boat is perfectly situated for someone who needs to be close to the City or Canary Wharf. Limehouse DLR is 5 minutes walk from the marina. The marina has shower and toilet facilities, as well as a laundry for residents to use.

The mooring is transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £7,300 p.a.
