This 20m Dutch Barge Project is now available to someone who is looking to put their own stamp on a barge with a London residential mooring.

Two thirds through a renovation, there is plenty of space on offer in this boat but obviously requires some investment in order to finish the project. Once complete, this will make a fantastic liveaboard houseboat.

Priced with all of that in mind, it will take some work and a practical buyer but the space is there to take this boat to the next level and the potential value will increase accordingly. Currently set up with two cabins, a large living area and galley, one bathroom and a study area, the next owner could change the layout too to suit by opening it up even more.

The residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina is fully transferable (5% transfer fee). Current mooring fees are £13,500 roughly per annum. Most of the value for this listing is tied up in getting this highly desirable spot just next to Canary Wharf. There is a long waiting list and you will struggle find many berths that can take a 21m barge.
