This 17m Dutch Barge Luxemotor makes a characterful floating home with its desirable, residential mooring in South Dock Marina, Surrey Quays.
The boat has been renovated externally and internally over the last few years although there is some work remaining to finish it off. The kitchen and living area is finished off with new appliances including electric oven and two burner hob and modern LED lighting. There is a multi-fuel stove along with a TV snug under the bow that also serves as a second double bed. The aft cabin is a good size but the ensuite bathroom requires some work to finish it off. The new shower has been installed to a high standard.
The central wheelhouse would make a good office area or additional living area.
The residential mooring at South Dock Marina is fully transferable on payment of a 10% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are approx. £8,560 per annum. This well run marina has a strong community spirit and is set amongst very quiet residential streets, right next to the river.
