Thought to be 1920s. Originally riveted clinker -substantially over-plated in steel. Flat bottom cut out and renewed in 2003. Over-plated to surveyors specification in 2008.
Wheelhouse demountable (note- no wheel - tiller steered from back of the "wheelhouse") with stainless steel deck.

Aft of the whellhuse is a small cabin , presently used for storage, but could easily be brought back into use. Concealed at the back of the wheelhouse is a washing machine.
Forward from the wheelhouse is large living area with well equipped kitchen.
There is a dining area, a lounge area and a solid fuel stove.
A wide passage with bookcase etc leads to:
Wet room shower and toilet with basin.
Double bunk room with storage. Large fore peak cabin with double bed and storage.

If you are looking for a boat to live on in comfort and cruise the waterways in style, this could be the boat for you.
Suitable for Canal or river she looks elegant and is roomy and comfortable inside.
The wheelhouse may not have a wheel, but it is a great conservatory / living room. With the walls out it becomes a gazebo and with the roof down, airdraft is just a bit more than an standard narrowboat. You can enjoy alfresco cruising down the canal.
