Boatshed London are delighted to offer this smart 15m Dutch Barge for sale with mooring at South Dock Marina, SE16.
Recently renovated over the last few years including an extended aft cabin that has proper headroom, this attractive Dutch Barge would make an ideal liveaboard home for an individual or couple.
The barge was surveyed in July 2021 and has been repainted externally since then. The survey report is available to view on request.
The boat is sold with a fully transferable leisure mooring at South Dock Marina. There is a 0% transfer fee payable to the marina. Current mooring fees are roughly £7,850 per annum. South Dock is a lovely community of boaters and is now the last remaining affordable marina for liveaboards in London. Demand is increasing as a result.
