Comentario del broker
The Cranchi Smeraldo 36 is a stylish sports yacht offering dynamic performance with exceptionally spacious accommodation and a really generous cockpit and deck space. This example has been well cared for and a full refit has been done to include, new cockpit upholstery, new covers, new interior upholstery, back rests, curtains, all new LED lighting, new navigation equipment, new fridge, new electric toilet to name but a few. She is easy to handle and manoeuvre with the aid of a bow thruster and is exhilarating out in open water. She has only done 750 engine hours.
The accommodation has a master cabin forward with a double berth and an aft cabin with another large double berth. This can be converted into 2 singles. There is ample space around the saloon table which drops down to form another double berth. The heads are to starboard with a shower. The galley has good work top space which opens up to reveal the hob which has the option of 2 gas burners as well as an electric hotplate. To complete the galley there is a sink and microwave.
There is a vast amount of space in the cockpit, perfect for lounging about and entertaining guests. Theres nothing like a large gin and tonic on a summers evening with friends. However the all over cockpit cover with the heating on means those gins can be enjoyed all year round.
This is a very desirable boat which is greatly admired.
