Comentario del broker
This is another stunning build by the talented Jazzymaid team with their unique design ideas. Entering through the rear companionway you arrive in the beautiful kitchen with plenty of smart modern units offering plenty of storage space, solid oak worktops, 4 burner Innocenti range hob, double oven, grill, combi microwave oven, integrated washer drier, NEFF fridge freezer, modern stainless and glass sink and breakfast bar.
The saloon area is classy with the perfect blend of stylish modern furniture, carpets, laminate flooring and soft furnishings. The centrepiece is a striking Squirrel Multi Fuel Burner and there is a good size sleek radiator, 4K ready 49in TV, LED mood lighting and a very large corner settee with a pull out double bed if needed. There is white high gloss head lining with a silver pin stripe inlay, running throughout the boat.
As you move down the corridor you enter the second good size bedroom presently set up with a 4ft double bed but could easily take a small double. There are 2 x double sockets and a radiator. Further down you come to the well appointed bathroom with built in vanity units, heated towel rail, contemporary wash basin, double shower and electric toilet.
Finally you reach the master bedroom with a double ottoman bed allowing full storage underneath, two built in wardrobes with full length mirrors on each, two x double sockets, TV socket, radiator, 2 x freestanding drawer units and access and views to the bow of the boat. The boat has antique grey paneling throughout and there are the usual opening port hole windows with closing privacy mirrors which these builders use.
The boat includes all the furniture.
The boat is now in the water in Manchester.
