This is a beautifully presented 2019 wide beam.
The helm is a lovely enclosed space with a spacious seating area - the covers can be removed for those lovely sunny days .
Powered by a 60hp Barrus Shire Turbo engine - with bow thruster, to ensure additional control. The vessel has a 400 litre diesel tank and a 350 litre water tank.
You enter down the wooden stairs into the beautifully presented interior with the galley to your right.
The galley is fabulously finished with high gloss units and solid oak work tops, with a high gloss walnut floor. The boat also boasts Webasto central heating throughout.
This galley is fully fitted to a high standard which includes a built-in eye level oven with a separate grill, a four-ring gas hob, and separate integrated under counter fridge and freezer. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces, and also a beautiful solid oak breakfast bar.
To the left of the galley is a 3Kw inverter charger and there are plenty of double electric sockets throughout.
There is a lovely spacious living area which boasts a unique real wood feature wall. The L shaped sofa also converts to a double sized sofa bed. This area has plenty of light through the porthole window and a hatch either side. All windows throughout the boat are fitted with blinds. There is also a multi-fuel burner
The bathroom features both a bath and a shower. The sink unit has 2 storage drawers underneath. and a toilet. There is also a radiator / towel warmer.
There is a very useful storage room too.
The master cabin is a beautifully presented carpeted room featuring a large bed with 2 bedside tables. There are extensive matching fitted wardrobes plus a set of drawers to ensure that there is plenty of storage. There are also spotlights above the bed and down lighters in the ceiling.
Double wooden doors open out onto the bow of the boat.

This is a beautifully presented boat that is finished off to a very high standard. Please note the boat is Not Vat paid and needs to be used as a Live-aboard.
