We are very pleased to have been asked to list this stunning 2 Bedroom wide beam by the Owners.
Built to their spec in 2017, she is a good-sized 57 x 11ft, so will fit most locks!
Comprising a large open galley, with breakfast bar. Well fitted out with a built-in double oven & microwave, fridge and freezer, together with a washer/dryer.
The light and airy saloon has a stove, sofa and chair (both of which convert to additional beds), satellite & digibox and 4G Wifi all fitted. TV & storage cabinets.
Off the saloon is the companionway to first, smaller double bedroom, followed by a large shower room/heads with double shower, WC and hand basin.
The master cabin in the bow has an island double bed, with bedside tables and large, fitted, mirrored wardrobes.
With the lovely upholstery and table in the fully enclosed cockpit, she has a nice sunny "extra" room for entertaining too!
All carpets and furnishings are included in the sale - the Owner will only be taking personal effects off!
She will also come with a fresh Boat Safety Certificate.
As this was built as a residential boat, VAT was not paid on purchase.
