Comentario del broker
This is the ultimate in wide beam luxury with no expense spared and is probably the most luxurious Wide Beam that we have seen to date with numerous extras that add to the creature comforts as well as making the boat non reliant upon shore power.
This is the 8th boat built by these two talented designers and builders and this one is their own boat, which they have been living on since being launched in July 2020.
This is currently the only one of it's kind on the water and is the first of a new breed of modern Widebeam from Collingwood that is quite literally like being in a city centre apartment, the fit out is so good. A beautiful 2 pac exterior paint finish along with 2 pac blacking were completed by the factory before shipping.
The rear sun deck has composite decking along with the decked area on the coachroof as an extra sunbathing area. As you come through the bi-folding double glazed doors you come into the open plan deck saloon that also houses the helm; with a beautiful corner sofa that provides comfortable living, a 43in Samsung Frame TV, electric stove fire and then access down into the saloon/galley.
The saloon is fitted out with High Gloss Tiepolc kitchen doors with Black Oak Solid Wood worktops, the whole boat is lined with Antique Ash T&G and the ceiling is High Gloss T&G with silver pinstripe. The is a wood table and 4 stylish chairs with antique style central light fitting, eye level combo microwave oven and double oven, 5 burner hob, large eye level fridge and separate freezer and 2 x tall wall mounted radiators. Integrated washer/dryer.
Moving down the corridor on the starboard side you have the second bedroom fitted with a small double with chest of drawers and radiator.
Next down the corridor on the port side is the large bathroom with Whirlpool Jacuzzi Bath, full size double shower, wash basin and vanity unit, tall slim radiator and electric toilet.
Finally you arrive at the master bedroom with double bed with attached TV, 2 x double wardrobes, downlighter bedside lights and skylight.
Everything mentioned in this advert is included in the sale. The fitted pictures will be removed but the frames left for the new owner to add their own pictures.
Please note that the Boat is not Vat paid and is classed as a Liveaboard and the Manchester City Centre private mooring with gate is now available subject to negotiation with the owner !
