Tankage volume is an estimate based on comparable sales data.
Hull is planked with mahogany, deck is teak over plywood, bulkheads plywood, beams fir, framing oak, fastenings bronze.
Sold-boat data search does not show any other flybridge versions of the make, model and size. In recent years this boat also had a modern fiberglass swim platform added.
The 2014 survey was very favorable as to the condition of this boat and based on the hull number was the last 46 Constellation that Chris-Craft built. Fasteners were pulled at that time made of silicone bronze 1 1/2 inch and 2 1/2 inch and were found to be in good condition. The hull was also found to be in good condition. Good maintenance and pride of ownership are evident throughout.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

Entering the boat on the sundeck/cockpit sides you have an enclosed helm cabin with double doors. Opening these doors allows entrance to the helm which is starboard of center with a small desk situated to starboard. Entrance to the saloon from here is several steps down and port of center. The entire interior of this boat has been restored and modernized. Carpets are in great condition, wall coverings are custom fabric tailored to compliment all the refinished wood. There is a "L" shaped settee on starboard with a big screen TV on the outside port wall below the windows. Forward and down a step or two is the galley to port across from which is booth-style table and seating. Center and forward is the guest cabin with two single berths center and located in the fo'c's'le is a very attractive head with vacu-flush toilet.
Outside and above the helm is a flybridge accessed by a stationary teak and stainless ladder (very attractive).
The Sundeck / Cockpit has teak with a small round glass hatch, nicely varnished teak hand rails with lee panels attached for reduced windage when out on the deck. The foredeck has seating built into the cabin front with newer upholstery.
Inside and out this boat is very attractive, and is stored in covered moorage which is transferable to a new owner. Views of Lake Union are splendid.
The toilet in the aft head does not flush to a holding tank so is currently unused. This bathroom has a very nice shower.
Cabin heat is supplied by a Red Dot Style Heater located in the Helm cabin and portable electric heaters plugged in various locations.

VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - 80 TO 100 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS VESSEL!
This beautiful Chris-Craft experienced an interior renovation by skilled and talented craftsmen -- also known as proud and motivated boat owners -- willing to work hard and express their great ideas in this lovely boat.
She's been a traveler and not just a dock queen. Active in Chris-Craft rendezvous events, she's may be the only flybridge 46 Connie here in the Northwest, and would be rare in any other market too. Some believe the flybridge was an add-on aftermarket? If so, it looks like it was intended from the beginning.
What does hanker mean?
: to have a strong or persistent desire : yearn
If you have a hankerin' for a traditional Chris Craft this boat pushes a lot of buttons. It's been used as a live-aboard so the interior is very comfortable. She's been used on boat trips and vacations as well and has served as a great party platform. Today she's in a transferable slip on Lake Union with great views of the lake.
