Built in the 1990's and with a massive aft cabin, this boat would make an ideal and inexpensive base in London with excellent transport links to Canary Wharf or central London.

The boat is sold with a transferable residential mooring at South Dock marina near Surrey Quays. The mooring is transferable on payment of a 10% transfer fee based on the final sale price.
