Comentario del broker
This is a great live-aboard boat that has been well maintained with regular servicing.
Along with internal restoration she has undergone a lot of external work with the deck being completely relaid and timbers being replaced. Expensive leather cushioning adorns the upper deck for maximum comfort. She has also had electronic steering fitted along with new air conditioning units throughout the boat.
She is currently moored at the five star marina in Limassol. She makes a great liveaboard providing very comfortable living and has everything on board that would be required on long cruises. The motor yacht also offers lots of business opportunities (once commercially registered) such as coastal cruises, accommodation, dining and entertaining facilities. The Main Salon designed perfectly to entertain a large number of guests, she also provides cleverly designed cabins that afford maximum comfort for guests (10 berth in total)
The motor yacht , features classical lines in which innovative solutions of both a formal and functional nature have been developed in order to increase on-board space, put it to even better use, and make it even more comfortable.
The middle deck offers a spacious living area with comfortable seating, dining area, large TV/DVD and CD player. A mirrored corridor of mahogany and brass leads you to five cabins – four twin bedded and one master suite. Each cabin has a sea view whilst affording each passenger spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation. All cabins are fitted with air conditioning, shaver points, electric points and en-suite facilities with shower and toilet. The master suite has a plinth double bed with the latest leather and suede interior which benefits from concealed lighting adorning mirrors and seating throughout the suite. There is a fully fitted en-suite double shower bathroom with the latest fittings.
