Comentario del broker
From the builders, Brooms of Brundall that is synonymous with quality, this boat has been well maintained and looked after and is a credit to the current owners!
Very spacious and lends itself to either off shore or river cruising and would also make an good live-aboard. With two En-Suite cabins she is an ideal family cruiser and ready to go!
The saloon offers not only luxurious accommodation but benefits from the lower helm which has excellent viewing facility. There is a lower helm seat but currently not fitted. The Flybridge helm offers all round viewing and the all over canopy is spring assisted to help in lowering the radar arch. The Lowrance plotter was new with the Radar set and VHF! The Davits are available but currently not fitted.
There are three fire blankets and an engine bay auto fire extinguisher system fitted. The engines were last serviced in November 2017, has a current BSc and last surveyed in 2014. She has a lower screen cover for privacy.
The radar system is only three years old as is the Hummingbird. Importantly, she has the AIS TX and RX installed.
All in all, a very comfortable and well looked after Broom 37.
Early viewing is highly recommended!!!
