Opposite the galley is the second heads (manual), basin and shower. Also access to the helm wiring
Black water tank control is situated in the heads and also the batteries control monitored
the spacious lay out of the interior, 2 side doors and one companion way to the fly, allow a good ventilation inside the boat, and also great accesses to either the fly or the sides during manoeuvres, mooring, locks etc..

Broom motor cruiser for sale in France, Boatshed Midi Canals is happy to offer this BROOM, CROWN 37 for sale in the Midi, Located in a inland marina, well protected and secure, 10 min from the Canal du Midi and 5 min away from the Med.
This versatile motor cruiser will ideally cruise the rivers and canals of Europe as she has previously done twice or enjoy cruising the Med. A 1980 Broom with quality of construction inside and outside, this boat has does not appear her age and seems very well maintained. Two separate heating source (diesel Webasto for the saloon and Eberspascher for the cabins, a convivial salon table or an entertaining deck, and 2 well separated cabins with accesses to ensuite or private heads, shower and basin. A curtain allows to separate the saloon from the galley.
Lots of ventilation in each cabin (hatches) and in the saloon (side doors and access to the fly) make this motor boat a very and confortable cruiser for the Med.
Cockpit protected by a cockpit cover (not seen in our listing); Lots of feature to improve the boat for sea going (hoist, davits) radar arch.. this boat could also be used a pieds-à-terre in the Midi and has been used a such by our current owner while looking for a house to buy.
Mooring in this town marina by the sea could be transferred to a new owner subject to approval of the port manager.
