Comentario del broker
This Birchwood TS37 is the Aft Cabin version and looks to be in excellent condition, the current owner having spent much time and money on her refurbishment.
The hull has been resprayed grey with yellow stripes, the interior has been refreshed with new upholstery and linings. Both engines have had a partial overhaul with all coolers removed and cleaned with a comprehensive service (March 2023) which have run only 1450 hours. She is due out in the shipyard for fresh antifoul and anodes during May.
The owner's aft cabin has a large island berth and en-suite heads with shower. The accommodation is very spacious with plenty of storage throughout. There is room to sleep 8, a day heads forward of the saloon, a dining area and a well equipped galley.
There is a comprehensive level of instrumentation repeated at both helm positions.
Overall, this is a very nice example with a good history of ownership, maintenance and upgrades.
