Current ownership of this boat has only been since the spring of 2021. Fuel consumption is estimated based on a previous listing for this model boat. It has only been used in Lake Union and Lake Washington with little history to determine accurate fuel consumption.

This boat is designed with a very large and seating-rich cockpit and helm area. Entrance to the interior is port of center with four steps down to the salon. The entrance door to the aft cabin, which offers an athwartships berth, is to port and a head to starboard. The galley is to port along with a convertible settee and table to starboard. Forward is a very large cabin and berth separated by a curtain. The interior is in very nice condition with a teak and holly appearing veneer floor.
The head has a vacu-flush toilet and stand up shower where the shower head pulls out of the faucet.
