Comentario del broker
Esta Bavaria 50 is la versión de 5 camarotes. Lo que me llamó la atención al bajar dentro del barco es el espacio. El salón es realmente grande y la parte central del barco muy espaciosa. Esta impresión está incrementada por el acabado en madera clara y las 2 claraboyas en el techo. El barco está equipado con enrollador de mayor y lleva como un extra un winch adicional (Lewmar 40) para el enrollador de genova. La condición general del barco parece muy buena. El propietario me ha explicado que cada año antes de poner la patente, rasca la patente del año anterior de manera que el casco es realmente limpio. Bandera española, lista 6ª, IVA no pagado. Nota: se pueden considerar contra-ofertas.
This Bavaria 50 is the 5 cabin layout version. What struck me first on going down below was the amount of space. The saloon is really big and the central area of the boat is truly spacious. This impression is helped by the light coloured wood finish and the 2 skylight windows in the roof. This boat is equipped with inmast furling and as an extra, there is an additional winch (Lewmar 40) to operate the genoa furler. The general condition of the boat seems to be very good. The owner has told me that every year, before applying the anti fouling, he scrapes off the previous layer of paint, so the hull is really clean. Spanish flag, VAT not paid.
