Comentario del broker
This extremely well maintained Airon Marine is her owner's pride and joy. Her already spacious interior layout has been ingeniously modified by the designer at her first owners request to reduce space of head and increase the space of the galley and the saloon, making her even more comfortable on an everyday basis.
She has 2 cabins, both in excellent condition: one a triple, the other a double and you can sleep an extra person in the saloon (possibly two if small), with a lot of large practical storage space everywhere.
Access to the extremely clean and spacious engine room is made easy: push a button and the cockpit floor raises itself in a very smooth manner (please see video). This access also enables you to enjoy light of day while inside the engine room. Another manual access is of course possible via a normal hatch.
Everything seems to have been made to make her welcoming and easygoing, even the smallest details have been well thought out: additional led lights have been added above the cockpit table, a "foot rest" has been added to helm, extra runners have been added to the galley drawers etc.
This boat has been serviced regularly: Turbo was changed in 2014, 2 batteries replaced in 2011, 2 in 2013 and 1 recently. She was lifted out and cleaned in June 2015 and her sunpads are brand new. Recent works have also been carried out to the exchangers in 2016.
The berth, near Cannes, has been paid until the end of July 2016.
