Large aft deck fully covered for protection and great access to the flybridge. Central helm on the fly, 3 individual seats and a sun-beds at the rear.
Thanks to the collapsable radar arch the air draft could come to 3.45m instead of 3.78m all up.
Aft deck with a sedan sliding door leading to the comfortable saloon, note the table could collapse and the sofa could be turned into an occasional double berth.
Behind the wooden doors, a CANDY 4kg washing machine is hidden as is a Trimix (gas 12v 220v) VITIRFRIGO refrigerator, both installed new in July 2022.
Interior helm position on starboard side, comfortable and practical, all off shore navigation equipment is functioning.
Then 3 steps down to the galley on port side, 2 gas burner cooker, multi functions micro-wave with grill and oven and a second trimix fridge. Opposite the galley is the guest cabin with 2 coffin single berth (190 cm x 80 cm) with headroom of 1.20m under the cockpit. Further forward, a heads with electric heads, shower and washbasin. This heads is accessible either by the galley area or directly form the owner's cabin.

Headroom inside the boat is 2m with the exception of the guest cabin.

Coastal and river cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this ACM EXCELLENCE 38, B category for sale in France, in the south of Paris.
This 11.40m long river and coastal motor boat has only had 2 owners since new. She seems to be in an excellent condition and onboard there is a maintenance book available. Engines hours are confirmed by our vendor, only over 900 hours in 21 years!
This well looked after ACM EXCELLENCE 38 is an ideal cruiser for coastal or even off shore cruises but is also able to cruise on rivers thanks to its low draft (0.90m) and air draft 3.45m to use the Freycinet canals. You could cross France from North to South to join the Mediterranean no problem.
No mooring available on site but other possibilities in the vicinity ask us for information.
The annual French tax (francisation) was 803 € for 2023.
