Boatshed Grand Union are pleased to offer this 60ftx11ft Wide Beam for sale.
Built in 2002, this unusual boat, with its stepped superstructure, has plenty of unique features including a hydraulic drive for the engine and hydraulic bow thruster. The forward cabin which requires a new fit out is very spacious and will make for a superb master cabin when finished.
Structurally, the boat appears to be in good condition, although requiring blacking, and the engine starts on the button.
There is nothing stopping someone from moving straight onto this boat as all the electrics, heads, cooker etc all work fine but the asking price for such a large boat reflects the fact that there is remedial work to restore this boat to top condition inside and out.
The second cabin has a good sized double bed and the bathroom has an electric heads into a holding tank. The shower is also of a good size as you would expect for a relatively modern boat. Central heating comes from the Webasto heater and there is an immersion heater for hot water.
The boat is currently permanently moored in Tring but is NOT available with the mooring.
