Comentario del broker
This compact widebeam is an ideal boat for a couple or singlehanded cruiser.
Her length makes her easy to handle through locks and around the marina but with nothing lost in her accommodation. She has been thoughtfully designed and fitted out to a good standard. The current owners have recently fitted light laminate flooring that gives a feeling of space.
The open plan saloon and galley are situated at the forward end with double doors opening onto the cratch. A sizeable shower room icludes a porta potti toilet and quadrant shower cubicle. New cushioned vinyl flooring has been fitted.
The double-berth cabin is at the aft of the accommodation. This has a full sized double bed accessed from one side and adequate deep storage for clothes. The decor is light and in good condition.
Space is saved at the companionway which is cosy but not tight. She is a well thoughtout compact widebeam canal boat perfect for a cruising couple who are new to boat handling.
The current mooring alongside the Grand Union canal may be transferable to the new owners.
