Comentario del broker
This Southerly 105 has been owned by the current owners since October 2007 and they have continued to keep on top of repairs and maintenance.
This Boat is a nice example of this spacious and very versatile cruiser.
The clever hydraulic lifting keel allows this boat to be sailed into rivers and harbours that a lot of other sailors can only dream about!
Although the lifting keel takes a little bit of space down below, the accommodation seems to have been cleverly designed around it and has a light, spacious & homely feel.
The versatile saloon table on this example has been improved by the owner so it can be adjusted to sit more crew around or it can be slid up out of the way, to make more space.
The Keel was refurbished by Iron Brothers in 2013 along with copper coating and new keel bolts.
The Leisure Batteries were changed in 2013 and the Engine battery in 2015.
The Solar panel was changed in 2015, TV, Stereo and fuel tank in 2016 and a new Raymarine was also added in 2016.
It is easy to move around on deck, the high centre cockpit will help keep you dry and give a sense of security in all conditions.
