Comentario del broker
Very well presented Shetland 4 plus 2 that has been very well cared for and seen little use.
The owners still have polythene on the carpets and the boat has a "new" smell to her.
There are no signs of damage to the gelcoat that I can see and she appears to be very dry.
The galley area appears to be unsused and the chemical toilet is brand new and unused.
She has a shower and of course hot and cold water.
Her BSC runs until 2022 and she is Broads Licensed until April 2022.
She is on an idylic mooring on one of Norfolk's most picturesque Broads which can be transferred to the new owner.
She is powered by a 60HP Mariner 4 stroke engine which will happily keep within river speeds at just over idle and will also give a good turn of speed where permitted.
She was last out of the water May 2021.
