Note from owner; She is out of the water and has had a new anode , full hull clean and will have primer and antifoul added over the next couple of weeks. Upper hull and cabin will be compound polished and then a resin Polish will be applied.
The rear cover complete is being cleaned and re proofed and the Mikuni heating system checked and serviced.
As the BSC expires in august 2014 I would be prepared to pay for a new one to be done at the buyers convenience.
The engine service( oils and filters only) is not due for another 30 hours and oil is still very clean. Diesel tank is full (230 litres). Many extras to sell included in the price.

Comentario del broker
The Shadow 26 is a great aft cockpit cruiser boasting a spacious interior despite her size. An easy to manage boat with the added extra of a bow thruster.
Accommodation is arranged in two doubles in one cabin. A large double forward and one converting from the dinette. Both can be made into comfortable sofas for daytime use and makes for a very social boat, especially considering the large aft cockpit with its own seating arrangement.
The galley has a good sized fridge, Stainless steel oven, grille and hob.
Built in 2006 she is a two private owner boat built to a higher than standard spec.
There is a diesel heating system on board fitted in 2012 and a separate heating system for the windscreen and helmsman's feet.
There are gauges for both freshwater and the toilet tank which is fitted with a macerator.
Mechanically she has only 268 hours on the Beta engine.
This very well appointed boat has been very well maintained since new by the current owners and is in great condition.
The fully folding canopy allows access under all Broads Bridges.
Along with the canopy there is also a full tonneau cover. She has a Broads licence until April 2014.
NB. The owner has advised that the boat is coming out of the water for the winter, the hull and superstructure will be cleaned and polished, the hull will be anti-fouled and new paint will be applied to the stern gear. In addition to this the engine which I note has only run 268 hours will be fully serviced ready for the new season.
