The boat has just been surveyed and needs Osmosis Treatment, hence the price has been reduced to cover the cost of professional treatment, around £12,000 - £15,000. She is now out of the water on the hard and some underwater profile pictures have been added.
The hull has just been peeled and is starting the drying out process.
This is a really beautiful example of the much revered and great passage making Laurent Giles designed boat. This particular boat was on the stand at the 1972 London Boat Show and was first launched in the spring of 72'.
She has had 4 owners from new and was originally Part 1 registered. Last anti-fouled and out of the water late 2016.
The owner has looked after this boat impeccably over the 6 years that he has owned her but they are now planning on buying a Narrowboat and exploring the UK inland waterways, so a part exchange for a nice 57ft Narrowboat may be of interest.
This boat has a very comprehensive inventory and has plenty of light airy living space that would suit both live aboard and or families looking for a nice safe go anywhere boat.
