Comentario del broker
The Sadler 34 was designed in 1983 as a bigger replacement for the Sadler 32. The result was a fast sea-worthy yacht with the rigid polyurethane foam between an inner and out moulding. This renders the hulls unsinkable as well as providing a large reduction in internal condensation.
This example is a model from 1986 with the deep fin keel – arguably the best keel option for those keen on performance. Stepping onboard I was welcomed by the owner who was just completing a few remaining activities to make the boat all secure for the winter.
The boat has been used by the owner for long distance cruising as well as some occaisional use as a training yacht. As a result the boat is both well fitted out (with an option of liferaft) and comes with a history of comprehensive surveys as required by the MCA for a vessel used for commercial purposes. The boat is therefore well maintained and fully functional.
My first impressions were that this Sadler shows no signs of the usage she had had and her overall condition shows how well these yachts were built. She has also benefitted from the fitting of a new Beta engine in 2012.
These yacht have a great pedigree: spacious, light and airy down below with great sailing performance yet still comfortable enough for long cruises.
