Mercruiser 350 mpi 300hp with hi tek stainless steel exhausts. These provide a little extra horse power but reduce the need to change the exhaust risers every few years. Engine replaced under warranty by burton waters in 2014 at 297 hours. Engine serviced May 2021.
Mercruiser bravo 3 with twin counter rotating propellers. main oil seal replace 2019. resprayed 2017, lenco trim tabs replaced in 2015 and updated control unit.

Spacious cabin with a double berth aft and a v berth up forward that converts into a dining area. the upholstery was all renewed in 2018/2019. The galley has a combination oven replaced in 2017 that is as new, in addition there is a kenyon dual fuel hob with alcohol or 240v. Fridge/freezer which operates off 12v, curved screen tv that can receive digital tv, a stereo unit with dab and bluetooth that can play in dual zones.There is a separate bathroom with integrated shower unit, wc and sink.
There is a 7000btu reverse cycle air conditioning unit fitted which is 110v. At present the power is disconnected but onboard there is a 240v to 110v transformer that was used to run the system when first purchased it. Since owning the boat it has been converted from 110v to 240v.
Webasto heating to cabin and external cockpit with separate diesel tank.holding tank with pump out station and overboard macerator.
Water heater from 240v and engine replaced in 2017. Internal upholstery all changed in 2018/19. Microwave replaced in 2017

Mercury smartcraft added in 2017 at £1,500. this provides engine fault codes, engine data and fuel flow.
Simrad GO7 charplotter and 3D downscan sonar added in 2017. this runs the latest navionics charts and connects via wifi to your phone or tablet for sharing information and updates. The 3D downscan sonar provides a realtime image of the seabed and is also a fishfinder sea water temperature. Standard horizon DSC vhf added in 2016.

Comentario del broker
I really liked this boat when I saw her. She offers lots of space inside and out for her standard length. The recent upholstery looks smart and she has benefited with upgrades over the last few years. The overall condition is very good, tidy hull and good headlinings a nice dry boat inside. Engine serviced May 2021.
