Built of FRP by "Marine Projects" based in Great Britain. She has a foam cored foredeck and six solid FRP bilge stringers of varying widths & heights for framing. This makes up a modified V, semi-displacement hull with a 3/4 length keel. Side decks & cockpit are solid FRP and there are 4 watertight bulkheads below deck. She measures 45' x 14', with a 4' draft. The original teak swim platform was replaced with a custom ultra-sturdy aluminum platform. This model has a complete flybridge.
Dimensional information and tankage is taken from literature and has not been verified by Waterline Boats / Boatshed Seattle.

Comentario del broker
This Princess 45 is a rare find in the Pacific Northwest, and is evidently a very well and sturdily built vessel capable of accommodating four people comfortably for extended cruises. It would also serve as a great live-aboard vessel. This boat is comfortable, roomy, and has an inviting layout. It has been in the hands of a professional mariner so has been attended to carefully.
The electronics are not current but they are all functional. The flybridge has everything necessary with a great view. This craft has what it takes for safe cruising and adventure. Handrails are high and sturdy all around and the hull is reportedly a great and stable performer. What really strikes me is her beautiful design. She has wonderfully sleek lines and is a classy looking boat that will stand out in any harbor.
