This 2010 57ft Semi Trad Tyler Wilson has cruised the whole of the UK over the last 11 years and the owners have lived on her all the time from new. The boat was blacked 18 months ago and the BSC runs out next year. She does not have a recent survey but she can be lifted our where she is for survey if required. The Webasto fuel tank has been removed as it was leaking and they have not replaced it as they never used it very much. The Webasto ran a single radiator in the galley and two fin radiators in the saloon next to the bed and wardrobe.
As you come in through the companionway the wood surround is a bit soft from water ingress and will need replacing though it appears dry now. You come down into the long galley with pretty well everything you need as a live aboard. Full size cooker, fridge freezer, washer dryer, plenty of storage and a large sink. There is a small dining area with a table and chairs and a small side board.
Next is the walkthrough shower room with privacy doors on both sides, a vac flush cassette toilet, full size shower and vanity unit with built in wash basin and matching side cupboard.
From the shower room you arrive the the saloon area that has a full size (4'6") bed which easily pulls down and is already made up (no need to keep making the bed). There is a wardrobe here also. The saloon is a good size and has 2 comfy chairs, foot stool, built in storage and a multi fuel burner.
There is LED lighting throughout and the boat is being sold with all the furniture with the exception of the TV.
