A motor cruiser built in 2010 by the Chantiers Franco-Suisse in Villers Le Lac and certified for initial use as a passenger vessel.
It has been converted into a floating residence.
The hull is made of steel, and the superstructure is made of aluminium.
It has 4 diesel tanks, each holding 500 litres.
2 water tanks, each holding 100 litres.

An aft terrace provides access to the wheelhouse on the starboard side. Inside, there is a kitchenette with a countertop, electric stove, and a small refrigerator. A fold-down berth is also located in the partition. At the center is the helm station.
The headroom throughout the boat is 2.20m.
On the port side, a staircase leads to the main living area (approximately 37m²), which includes a video projector and speakers connected to the stereo from the wheelhouse. An opening at the front provides access to the small front terrace. A fold-down berth is also located in the starboard partition.
At the rear, on the lower level, there are independent electric toilet on the starboard side, a washbasin area and a stainless-steel shower cabin on the port side (the bathroom area needs some renovation). Lastly, there is access to the engine room.
The heating is provided by the reversible air conditioning system. Hot water is supplied by a small electric water heater.

A water filtration station produces fresh water on board.
