This boat is berthed at one of the most desireable and fully serviced private marinas in the heart of Plymouth.
Furthermore, the owner has confirmed that following acceptance of an agreeable offer, he would be prepared to transfer this berth over to the new owner with up to a "50% DISCOUNT" for 12 month starting from the 1st April 2024.

These yachts are very popular cruisers, the successor to the Moody 31, providing better performance sailing along with modern lines and vastly spacious cabins and cockpit.
She offers two large cabins - a forward V-berth with infill and a great size aft cabin. The aft cabin is where you will find amazingly good access to the engine and a lovely airy opening hatch.
You can see from her bright and well maintained interior this vessel has been much loved and well cared for not just by the current owners but also the past owner.
She is truly a very fine example of this much sought after classic Moody S31 yacht and I would advise an early viewing.
