Broker's Comments

The smallest of the production Moody's, the Moody 27 is a useful small family cruiser that still looks modern, despite the design dating back to 1981.

This boat was the predecessor of the Moody 28 and was brought about by the design of Bill Dixon and the build quality of Moody Yachts. She is designed with a fast hull and a good ballast ratio to make her both stiff , seaworthy and sea kindly.

The accommodation consists of 5 berths in two separate cabins with good headroom throughout (including the large toilet compartment).

This bilge keeled vessel is a superb example, having had much money spent on upgrading her, including full osmosis treatment, new engine, standing rigging, sails, new windows and new instruments . She has been in the care of fastidious owners as is evidenced by the accompanying photographs

Currently on the water, she represents a fine and good value opportunity for someone to sail her away immediately
