Family cruiser offering a great accommodation for up to 10 persons
Large saloon area in the middle of the boat, access by a port side sliding door or the raised aft deck companion way.
Dinette could be transformed in a huge double with the addition of a wood plank and a spare mattress making a 140x230 double berth. Good headroom in the saloon 1.93m.
Aft is the galley area a few steps down, and opposite a heads (electric new in 2021) and a separate shower.
The galley is equipped with:
a 220V fridge and freezer (will function only on shore power) a second 12v fridge freezer usable whilst cruising. A 4 burner gas cooker, grill and separate oven, plus a microwave and finally a sink with good work top. Open to the saloon this makes a really convivial area.
Finally aft cabins: 2 identical twin cabins with beds of 0.70 x 1.90 and an extra box on wheel which separate or added to the single berth offers a double berth (140x190). Headroom is 1.85.
Going forward from the saloon to port first is an electric heads then a separate shower room. Opposite to starboard is the twin bunk cabin with beds 0.70x1.90. This cabin is currently used as storage, headroom there is 1.93.
Finally a master cabin forward with a double berth 1.40x1.95 and headroom of 1.85. The front and aft area are well separated by the saloon area and both areas have 1 heads and 1 separate shower.
HEATING:
WEBASTO 5.5Kw diesel fired blown air central heating new in 2020 or the reversible cycle Fujitsu for heat.
WATER HEATER:
New water heater (works on engine or shore power) of 100L and installed in 2020.
AIR CON:
Fujitsu air conditioning 3.4Kw cooling capacity or heating but only usable on shore power.

Ex-hire cruiser for sale in the MIDI. Boatshed Midicanals is pleased to offer this family cruiser NAUTILIA 35 for sale in the Midi, we also have VAT paid proof available.
Built by the respected Porter & Haylett yard for the LE BOAT hire fleet, this family cruiser is able to accommodate up to 10 persons but is ideal for a family or 6 to 8 guests.
The addition of the AIR CONDITIONING, recent WATER HEATER and a 12V fridge freezer, makes this cruiser almost a live aboard. With the addition of more batteries and an inverter more use could be made of these whilst cruising. In fact, our owners have used the boat regularly as a pieds a terre but have also enjoyed some summer cruises with the children.
Moored in a quiet town near the sea side, the mooring could be transferrable under request to the capitainerie.
A convivial and comfortable cruiser for a long cruising season or a live aboard vessel.
