The interior is finished with light oak Alpi woodwork. The large L-shaped galley faces the cockpit and is equipped with double stainless sinks, upright refrigerator, freezer & stove with oven/grill . New rerigerator & freezer were installed in April 2013.
The saloon provides a panoramic view with plenty of natural light and the settee provides comfortable seating for eight around the large dining table. To starboard is the nav station with additional storage space.
All four cabins have queen size beds, hanging locker, ample storage and ensuite head with vanity, mirror, marine toilet and shower.

The Lagoon 440 is a desirable long-range cruising catamaran with expansive deck areas - trampoline, aft & forward cockpits and flybridge helm. Professionally serviced since new, this boat is in very good condition and sailed frequently by her owner.
This Lagoon is presently in charter service and is well-booked. The buyer has the option of leaving the boat in charter under a management agreement and enjoying a good stream of rental income. This is an excellent option for a owner who is not planning to go cruising immediately or will only use his boat part of the year.
