Comentario del broker
Inland cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is happy to propose this EAU CLAIRE for sale again. We sold her in 2016 to a French couple who has just purchased a bigger cruiser to enjoy their new retirement as they needed more room for extensive cruises.
So now back on the market, they have done some cosmetic maintenance (new upholstery, curtains) and the usual engine maintenance by the yard on site.
Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 occasional guests (1 single berth in aft cabin and 1 single berth in the saloon).
Situated on the little Saone river, in a quiet marina village (yard facilities and cranage on site) and can stay on the mooring if requested, the annual fee is 837 euros.
Great one level interior with aft and forward door accesses to the exterior. I really think the foredeck in a wheel shape is ideal if you have young children on board. Every body is together in the saloon and cockpit area as well as in front. When you need to work the ropes for the manoeuvres, you have the choice of going through the front or walk inside to go to the stern deck.
The top deck is used as a sunbathing plate form or even storage (bikes, umbrella, folded chairs or table..) it could also be an ideal surface for solar panels.
If you want more information or organise a visit, please do not hesitate to contact Magali, your local broker at Boatshed Bourgogne for any further information.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
