I cannot imagine that you will find a Fairline Turbo 36 in better condition. She is a credit to the owner.
With her current owner for 3 years and her previou owner for 12 years she has proved to be an excellent cruiser. She boat has been used properly, averaging 120 hours per year, over the last 12 years.
The engine bay looked immaculate, in keeping with the rest of the boat. the Aft master suite has access to private heads and shower. The saloon provides spacious seating, converting to berths, if required.
If its a Turbo 36 you are looking for, then make sure you view this one, before you decide.
