The Virago 470 from Excel has become a popular choice for those desiring a quality and capable RIB, and it's easy to see why.
The 470 is constructed to high standards, featuring heavy duty 1.2mm Hytex tube fabric, ensuring maximum strength and durability. The streamlined aluminium hull and deck has undergone a corrosion-resistant conversion process called 'Chromate Plating' with colour choice powder coating to ensure a smart and durable finish.
The boat is rated to carry 6 and capable of performing well in most sea states. Bought new in 2020 and with minimal use since, the boat, engine and trailer all show in excellent condition.
The engine fired and ran smoothly from cold- see engine run video. With only 40.6 hours it's barely run in.
This is a great all round package for anyone wanting a capable and well constructed 'like new' sub 5 meter RIB.
Note: The engine is valid for manufactures warrantee for another three years.
