Dutch steel motor cruiser for sale in Burgundy France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this Dutch steel live aboard De Groot for sale. Open space in the saloon, large windows giving a feeling of space and light, sliding roof and lots of opening windows, hatches everywhere for hot weather in summer, a convivial layout with two well separated cabins. Ideal as a motor cruiser for a couple with 2 guests or children, the dinette can be converted to a double for extra guests. Central heating to radiators through the boat, it could even make a very nice live aboard boat for the one who want to live on water. The large and well sheltered aft deck space will make an extra space during cruises or storage outside the cockpit. This unusual cruiser has not benefited from it's usual standard of maintenance for the last 14 months due to bereavement but could very easily be brought back to its original condition with the usual painting maintenance.
