A De Groot design Dutch steel cruiser. Build year is approximate and not known for certain. The present owners had a new keel built in 2004 making it possible to take ground (drying moorings). The hot water comes from an immersion heater and a calorifier

The entrance of the boat in on both sides, one step down to enter the saloon/wheelhouse, headroom 1.79m. On starboard side, the settee seating in L form is spacious, and easy demountable to use the starboard side entrance. Another settee on port side. The helm position has a fixed double seat and is well equipped with instruments and controls. There is a corner with chart table. Built in bookcases, cocktail cabinet and inbuilt wine rack. Steps leading to aft, to guest heads, headroom1.80m with jabsco marine toilet, shower and wash basin. The aft cabin, headroom1.76m, is ensuite, headroom 1.80m with jabsco marine toilet, shower and washbasin. The double bed 1.45x1.90m has a new mattress on Ottoman base, lot’s of storage underneath, three hanging wardrobes and side cupboards. A key safe is installed. Going forward out of wheelhouse/saloon steps down to well equipped galley, and opposite a seating area for four to six people. The forward cabin, headroom 1.87m has two single beds 0.77x2.15m

Dutch steel river cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this Dutch Steel motor cruiser of 12.19m for sale in Burgundy. Built in the UK from a De Groot kit. Bought by the present owners in 2004. Very comfortable interior with great Live aboard potential, lot's of practical storage. This vessel has been cruising a lot at sea, crossed several times the English Channel, has done coastal cruising, as well as cruising the European Waterways. For this reason, the exterior needs rust treatment and re-painting, as well as the hull inside.
