Dutch steel cruiser from Alm in the Sedan style. “Bungalow” all on one level living with a “patio” terrace direct from the wheelhouse saloon. A very practical layout maximising the ease of movement on board.

Starting at the stern we have the aft deck seating area which can be fully enclosed by a canvas cover or opened up if preferred making this an “extra room” on board. Forward to the wheelhouse saloon all on the same level. The wheelhouse saloon offers bright accommodation with deep windows and over 1.9m of headroom. Helm is to port and the bench seating to starboard can be used as a single bed for an occasional guest. Forward again and down just three steps (the only ones in the boat!) to the galley with four burner gas hob, fridge sink (gas instant hot water heater) and useful sized work tops. Opposite to port is the tiled heads and shower and lastly forward to the cabin with it’s double bed and storage. The sedan layout affords practical and comfortable living space in the form of a “bungalow with patio” to enjoy relaxing moments with family & friends

Dutch steel sedan cruiser for sale in Paris. Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this Alm Sedan motor cruiser for sale in France on a mooring on the outskirts of Paris. A well cared for boat last out of the water in May 2015 for antifouling and anodes. Installation of a bow thruster and the Ford main engine was overhauled at the same time for good measure and all bills are available. TEN people can enjoy a meal or aperitif on the large aft deck and this would make an ideal base for work or Paris holidays. A floating cruising apartment in Paris region as there is a possibility to retain the mooring.
