A very modest draft for this Dutch steel cruiser of about 12 meters made in the Netherlands in 1978. Two side doors give access to the saloon. The aft deck has a fly helm and its size allows 4 people to dine in comfort. Side decks are comfortable. His air draft of 2,45 m allows access including le Nivernais in France.
Bimini and spray dodgers are included in the sale.
The superstructure was repainted in August, 2016.

The saloon has the interior helm. Benches cannot be transformed into a bed but divides in two parts which can move to clear the access to the engines. The headroom of the saloon is 1,88 meter. Deep windows provide good views and a bright interior.
Just one step down to the front of the boat to the heads, the galley and a dinette of impressive size which is transformed into a big bed of 1,70 X2,10 meters.
Heads are separated from wash room with a washbasin and a shower since January 2017. Under the benches of the dinette and in the peak is lots of generous storage and the access to the bilge of the boat.
The galley is equipped with a sink, a fridge, and cooker 4 gas burners. The domestic hot water from a gas water heater over the sink. Gas bottles are stored outside of the boat at the stern. Headroom in the galley of 1,94 m.
The headroom of the aft cabin is 1,60 m. We reach it by 2 steps. The bed occupies practically all the cabin with its size of 1,25 x 2,00 meters. There is a weed hatch under this bed. A wardrobe and a basin complete the fittings
The cabin heathing is electric.
